Known as the 'most Caribbean' of Cuban cities, its mix of Haitian, African, Spanish, French and other cultures is bound together by their boundless reputation as happy, hospitable and laid back people.

Located on the southeast end of the island, Santiago de Cuba maintains a Spanish colonial feel without the imposition of the 1950s American high-rises typical to Havana. You can enjoy beautiful beaches year-round and stroll through the large, natural harbour that has made Santiago an important port city for nearly five centuries.

Our school in Santiago de Cuba is unique in that we do not have a central school. Instead, we provide an intimate, personalized learning environment organized by our well trained, highly educated teachers of Spanish as a foreign language.

Classes are held either in the teacher's home, in the house of the host family or, for certain mini group courses, in a cultural center. All homes and centers are located in the Reparto Sueño neighborhood, a safe, hospitable area.
